The Marketplace allows users to create, sell, and purchase ChatGPT prompt templates ("Templates"). All Templates are the property of their respective creators and are protected by copyright laws. Adaptify allows you to generate text, images, and other content. This content is generated by using various sources, and is not owned by Adaptify. Adaptify is not responsible for any content generated.
The OpenAI and chatGPT logo and name displayed on this website is the property of OpenAI and its respective owners. We do not claim any ownership or affiliation with OpenAI, and the logo and name is used for informational purposes only.
By uploading or submitting content to Adaptify, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so and that Adaptify does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.
The Company does not claim ownership of any generated content. However, any content hosted by Adaptify including generated content can be stored, modified, adapted, edited and displayed for the purpose of providing services to the end user which is you.
Transactions
The Company the creation of content. The Company is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues that may arise from the content being published on your own website. You agree to resolve any such disputes directly with the other party.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless required by law or at the sole discretion of the Company.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Infringing on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.

Using Adaptify to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Adaptify, any transactions or disputes between users, or any other matter related to Adaptify.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Adaptify, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third party's rights, or any disputes between you and another user of the Marketplace.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to Adaptify shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Great Britain and the United States of America for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Adaptify.
